Description

You will architect and own a scalable, reusable automation framework from scratch to support UI and API testing across Agile teams.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect a reusable automation framework (Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress) tailored for UI and API testing.
• Define automation scope, test data management, and environment strategies aligned with Program Increment planning.
• Develop modular test scripts to prevent redundancy and establish governance for consistent testing across distributed teams.
• Execute functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing, focusing on data integrity, security, and permissions.
• Log and track defects using QMetry or Zephyr and Jira, collaborating with developers to resolve issues.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in software quality assurance or testing.
• Experience testing Salesforce applications, APIs, and integrations.
• Strong proficiency in automation frameworks, specifically Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress.
• Proven experience within the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), including PI planning and Agile Release Train objectives.
• Experience with test case management tools such as Zephyr or QMetry.
• Proficiency in Atlassian Jira and Confluence for defect tracking and documentation.
• Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle and Continuous Delivery Pipeline practices.
• Experience with data validation testing across integrated systems.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Snowflake.
• Salesforce Associate or Administrator Certification.
• SAFe for Teams or SAFe Practitioner Certification.
