Description

Lead quality assurance and project coordination for Salesforce modernization initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria with stakeholders and external vendors.
• Develop and maintain project documentation including charters, work plans, dependency diagrams, and status reports.
• Manage program scope, schedules, and budgets while tracking vendor billing and reporting discrepancies.
• Develop image acceptance test plans and drive the testing and acceptance process with business stakeholders.
• Facilitate technical support through architectural and compliance reviews and manage project risks and issues.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in IT project management, specifically managing complex, cross-functional projects.
• Experience working in a project portfolio management environment with multiple external software vendors.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project Online, Office 365, Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive.
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and release management methodologies.
• Working knowledge of PMI project management concepts.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects in a highly matrixed environment.
• Ability to perform root cause analysis and troubleshooting for issue and problem management.
• Strong written and presentation skills for communicating with senior-level management.
• Agile/Scrum experience.

Preferred Skills

• Power BI proficiency.
• Experience with public sector IT projects and Commonwealth of Massachusetts practices.
• Knowledge of ITIL concepts or Theory of Constraints.
