Description

You own the quality assurance process for Salesforce applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop test cases for functional, regression, integration, performance, UAT, and unit testing.
• Analyze business requirements with the Test Lead and project team to resolve testability issues.
• Execute tests, generate progress reports, and manage defect logging, tracking, and resolution.
• Develop and initiate automated test scripts while executing manual test cases.
• Maintain the Test Traceability Matrix to link test procedures to defined requirements.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of proven experience in software testing.
• Specific experience in Salesforce testing.
• Proficiency in Agile methodology and frameworks.
• Experience with both Manual and Automated QA testing.
• Knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Experience in UAT execution and validation.
• Familiarity with Salesforce testing practices.
• Skills in defect identification, logging, and tracking.
• Experience acting as an Analyst or QA/Tester in a CRM/ERP environment.
