Description

You will own end-to-end testing and data integrity for Salesforce and Universal Client Management systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute release support including feature testing, enhancement validation, and data flow testing for CRM and UCM systems.
• Manage data quality by monitoring daily reports, facilitating source system corrections, and investigating cross-business unit anomalies.
• Perform automation quality assurance through regression, data flow, and new feature testing.
• Resolve user profile issues, manage alert loads, and handle technical escalations.
• Partner with Analytics and BI&A teams to identify reporting challenges and implement data governance strategies.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in quality assurance or data-focused roles.
• Salesforce Admin expertise.
• Proficiency in Apex.
• Advanced SQL skills for data analysis and insight generation.
• Experience with Databricks.
• Hands-on experience with Informatica Suite and Immuta.
• Strong project management skills using Jira or similar software.
• Deep understanding of reporting, metrics, and business data models.

• Experience navigating organizational hierarchies and presenting to leadership levels.
• Strong conflict resolution and team leadership capabilities.
