Description

You will manage end-to-end quality assurance for medium and large enterprise Salesforce implementation projects.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and execute functional, integration, and user acceptance testing across multiple systems and batch processes.
• Develop test strategies and manage all aspects of software testing and defect management, including leading defect calls.
• Determine testing scope using a risk-based testing approach and verify that defect fixes work without causing regressions.
• Collaborate with other test teams to share knowledge and influence quality results.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IT Quality Assurance for small to large scale projects.
• Hands-on experience testing Salesforce projects, specifically Sales or Service Cloud.
• Experience performing manual testing within an Agile Scrum methodology.
• Proven ability to execute functional, integration, and user acceptance testing.
• Experience with screen validation and end-to-end testing across multiple systems.
• At least one active Salesforce certification.
• Ability to manage the full defect lifecycle and testing scope.
• Bachelor's degree or any graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Two or more Salesforce certifications.
