Salesforce QA

You will act as a Quality Assurance liaison to design, implement, and execute test artifacts including test plans, test cases, and traceability matrices.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain QA automation software and test suites.
• Develop automated scripts for in-sprint and backlogged test suites.
• Administer test and defect management tools and support defect escalation and resolution.
• Collaborate on system testing, UAT support, and end-to-end testing for software releases and upgrades.
• Coordinate with project stakeholders to ensure deployment support and quality KPI tracking.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, Testing, or Software Development.
• 4+ years of experience with automation tools.
• 4+ years of experience in C#, Java, or another object-oriented programming language.
• 4+ years of experience with SQL and data validation using SQL management studios.
• 4+ years of experience with Microsoft Visual Studio or a similar IDE.
• 4+ years of experience with TFS or other source code repositories.
• Experience with Salesforce environments.
• Proficiency in API testing and Mobile testing.
• Ability to write complex SQL queries.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in Performance or Load engineering.
• 1+ year of experience supporting software development test activities for a CRM system.
