Description

Lead quality assurance for Salesforce CRM migrations and integrations.

Responsible for analyzing legacy systems, executing test plans, and validating complex data migrations involving over 110 million customer records.

Responsibilities

• Analyze legacy CRM systems and conduct feasibility studies for migration to Sales, Service, and Marketing Clouds.
• Develop and execute test plans ensuring end-to-end traceability of requirements and defects.
• Validate complex integrations between Salesforce and external systems via MuleSoft using SOAP and REST.
• Execute large-scale data migration testing using advanced SQL.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and participate in defect triage.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in quality assurance or testing roles.
• Proficiency with Salesforce.com platforms, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
• Strong experience with Manual Testing, including System and Integration testing.
• Hands-on experience with SOAP (XML) and REST (JSON) web services.
• Advanced SQL querying skills for complex data validation and migration testing.
• Experience managing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) processes.
• Ability to work with SOQL for Salesforce data querying.
