Responsibilities

• Execute quality engineering processes across the Salesforce platform.
• Ensure platform stability through rigorous testing and validation cycles.
• Identify, document, and track defects to resolution.
• Collaborate with development teams to improve test coverage and quality metrics.
• Maintain and update test scripts and automation frameworks.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional software testing experience.
• Deep expertise in the Salesforce platform, including standard objects and configurations.
• Proven experience in quality engineering or QA roles.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate level education.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and QA methodologies.
• Experience with Salesforce testing tools and best practices.
