Description

We are seeking a Salesforce Quality Engineer (QE) to join a leading banking partner in Canada. The ideal candidate will be responsible for validating Salesforce platform enhancements, ensuring high-quality releases, and supporting end-to-end testing across Salesforce applications and integrations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and execute test cases for Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and related applications.
• Perform functional, integration, regression, and UAT testing.
• Validate Salesforce configurations, customizations, APIs, and third-party integrations.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to identify and resolve defects.
• Support test automation initiatives and maintain testing documentation.

Required Qualifications:

• 7+ years of Quality Engineering experience with Salesforce platforms.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce testing methodologies and SDLC/STLC processes.
• Experience with API testing, test management tools, and defect tracking systems.
• Familiarity with Agile delivery environments.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
