You validate Salesforce platform enhancements, ensuring high-quality releases and supporting end-to-end testing across applications and integrations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute test cases for Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Perform functional, integration, regression, and UAT testing.
• Validate Salesforce configurations, customizations, APIs, and third-party integrations.
• Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to identify and resolve defects.
• Support test automation initiatives and maintain testing documentation.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of Quality Engineering experience with Salesforce platforms.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce testing methodologies.
• Experience with SDLC and STLC processes.
• Proficiency in API testing.
• Experience with test management tools and defect tracking systems.
• Familiarity with Agile delivery environments.
• UAT Testing experience.
