Description

You will manage the Salesforce deployment lifecycle, release schedules, and repository integrity.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Deploy code and configuration changes across multiple environments for builds, fixes, and enhancements.
• Manage three to four production releases per month and coordinate branching and merging strategies with Dev and QA teams.
• Own and maintain version control repositories and CI/CD pipelines using Bitbucket and Azure DevOps.
• Provision and govern user access to Bitbucket and Salesforce orgs while managing sandbox lifecycles.
• Ensure test class coverage remains at 80% or higher prior to UAT, staging, and production deployments.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce DevOps or Release Engineering.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce Metadata objects, relationships, and the Salesforce Data model.
• Proficiency with GIT commands and version control management.
• Hands-on experience with Workbench, ANT, and Changeset deployments.
• Expertise in Salesforce configurations: Custom objects, fields, Apex classes, Workflow Rules, Process Builder, Validation Rules, Sharing Rules, and Approval Processes.
• Strong data management skills using Data Loader and Data Import Export Wizard.
• Experience managing Page Layouts, Record Types, and Data Security.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of SGD.
