Description

Own the complete Salesforce release management lifecycle and maintain environment consistency from development through to production.

Responsibilities

• Define and manage the change control process, including release readiness criteria and Go/No-go decisions.
• Coordinate release activities across Salesforce development and administrator teams to ensure timely deployments.
• Manage sandbox environments by creating and synchronizing metadata and data sets.
• Collaborate with developers to resolve merge conflicts, deployment errors, and code coverage requirements.
• Identify dependencies and risks, performing root-cause analysis to prevent recurring deployment issues.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience on the Salesforce platform, including release management and administration.
• Proven experience implementing branching strategies from scratch.
• Strong understanding of deployments using Force.com migration tools, GitHub, and version control.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Tools IDE.
• Expertise in managing Salesforce sandbox environments across SIT, UAT, and Production.
• Deep understanding of CRM, Sales, and Service business processes.
• Experience working on a global Salesforce.com platform.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

Preferred Skills

• Working experience with Azure DevOps.
• Hands-on experience with Copado or Auto-rabbit.
