Description

You will manage end-to-end release processes for business onboarding, data migrations, and system updates across enterprise multi-org environments.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement release processes to facilitate user adoption and streamline updates.
• Coordinate evaluation, scope, and completion of new development requests and system updates.
• Manage tasks, dependencies, durations, and risks to ensure timely project delivery.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, third-party partners, and internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Salesforce support teams to build consensus on technical approaches.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience on the Salesforce platform, including release management and administration.
• 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Release Manager in an enterprise-level environment.
• Experience with migration tools such as Change sets, Informatica, Eclipse, or Ant.
• Proficiency with CI/CD tools, Git source control, VS Code IDEs, and branching/merging strategies.
• Understanding of source control management systems like GitHub.
• Experience with DevOps tools such as ElectricFlow, Puppet Enterprise, AutoRABIT, Copado, or Visual Studio Release Management.
• Salesforce.com Admin Certification required.
• Experience working within SDLC methodologies including Agile, Scrum, or Iterative Development.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce Platform Dev 1 certification.
• Agile certifications such as CSM, CSP, PMI-ACP, Lean, or Kanban.
