Description

You will serve as the Business Analyst for Salesforce Revenue Cloud Advanced implementations, owning the translation of business requirements into functional specifications.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Document business requirements for Quote to Cash processes by engaging with stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria for Revenue Cloud Advanced.
• Collaborate with architects and developers to ensure functional designs match Revenue Cloud Advanced capabilities.
• Support configuration validation across CPQ Advanced, Approvals, Order Management, and Billing.
• Facilitate requirement workshops, backlog grooming, and design walkthroughs.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with strong Salesforce exposure.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Revenue Cloud Advanced and Salesforce CPQ.
• Strong understanding of Quote to Cash processes (pricing, quoting, contracts, orders, billing, revenue operations).
• Experience creating functional specifications, process flows, and user stories.
• Working knowledge of Salesforce objects, security model, and reporting.
• Experience operating within Agile Scrum delivery environments.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce CPQ Specialist or Revenue Cloud Advanced certification.
• Experience with Salesforce Billing and Subscription Management.
