Description

You will manage the technical administration, configuration, and maintenance of Salesforce Sales Cloud environments. You translate business requirements into scalable solutions while ensuring system stability and security.

Responsibilities

• Manage user accounts, roles, profiles, access permissions, and security settings.
• Build and maintain reports, dashboards, workflows, custom objects, and validation rules.
• Troubleshoot and enhance existing Salesforce logic and declarative code.
• Perform regular system audits, manage data feeds, and oversee Salesforce upgrades and integrations.
• Coordinate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce administration and maintenance.
• Proven expertise in Sales Cloud and Enterprise channel/end customer sales processes.
• Strong proficiency in declarative automation and the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Experience managing Salesforce databases and ensuring successful system integrations.
• Ability to use development tools to formulate use cases and design project requirements.
• Experience working within Agile, Scrum, SAFe, or DevOps frameworks.
• Proficiency with Jira and Confluence.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of business administration, computer science, or management information systems.
