Description

You will manage the technical foundation of Salesforce configurations and system maintenance. You own the release and configuration lifecycle for the Sales Cloud environment.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and enhance existing logic within SFDC.
• Provide declarative code for project-related deliverables and new configurations.
• Execute administrative functions including user account maintenance, reports, dashboards, and workflows.
• Manage Salesforce data feeds, integrations, and regular internal system audits.
• Liaise between users, vendors, and application development teams to define and document requirements.

Required Skills

• 3 years of experience in Salesforce administration.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting SFDC logic and enhancements.
• Experience with declarative configuration and system audits.
• Ability to manage user accounts, reports, and dashboards.
• Experience managing data feeds and integrations.
• Skill in documenting development requirements.
• Ability to work independently with user communities.

Preferred Skills

• Assist in training new users to grow Salesforce skills across the organization.
