Description

Lead technical implementations for Salesforce Sales and Marketing Cloud, driving back-end processes and platform integrations.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Act as technical lead and subject matter expert for Salesforce Sales and Marketing Cloud implementations.
• Coordinate system efforts through direct partnership with business stakeholders and marketing teams.
• Provide strategic guidance and technical leadership regarding back-end processes and platform integrations.
• Manage project activities and system implementations to meet scheduled milestones and program objectives.
• Execute Salesforce Marketing Cloud administration, integrations, and technical deployments.

Required Skills

• 4-6 years of experience in Salesforce development and implementation.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Proficiency in SQL and AMPscript.
• Relevant Salesforce certifications.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.
• Strong ability to learn new SaaS platforms within the marketing technology space.
• Proven communication skills for working closely with both Business and IT stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with MuleSoft integration technologies.
• Familiarity with SDLC and Agile project methodologies.
