Description

You will design, implement, and optimize Salesforce Sales Cloud solutions to improve sales efficiency and customer engagement.

Responsibilities

• Configure and customize Sales Cloud features including Leads, Opportunities, Accounts, Contacts, Products, Price Books, and Forecasting.
• Build automation using Workflows, Process Builder, Flows, and Apex triggers or classes.
• Integrate Salesforce with third-party systems using APIs or middleware.
• Design and implement reports and dashboards to provide actionable sales insights.
• Maintain data integrity through validation rules, duplicate management, and security controls.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in Salesforce development and implementation.
• Strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and SOQL.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM data models and sales business processes.
• Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Expertise in Workflows, Process Builder, and Flows.
• Ability to gather requirements from stakeholders and translate them into technical solutions.
• Experience supporting UAT, deployment, and user training.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce Certifications: Sales Cloud Consultant, Platform Developer I/II, or Advanced Administrator.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and Jira.
• Background in B2B or B2C sales processes.
