Description

Develop and configure Salesforce solutions focusing on Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Communities. Own the full development lifecycle from requirement gathering to deployment, ensuring high-quality, scalable architecture.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain Lightning Web Components using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.
• Develop Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, and execute SOQL/SOSL queries.
• Design and implement integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Translate business requirements into technical Salesforce solutions and provide end-user training.
• Maintain accuracy and meet time-sensitive project deadlines while managing complex workloads.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of development and configuration experience on the Salesforce platform.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Communities.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture and best practices.
• Proficiency in Apex, triggers, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components.
• Strong knowledge of REST and SOAP API integrations.
• Active Salesforce Administrator and Platform Developer I certifications.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• 2+ years of experience with Salesforce Einstein Analytics and Discovery.
• Certification in Salesforce Einstein Analytics and Discovery Consultant.
• Hands-on experience with complex JSON customization, bindings, Dataflows, Recipes, and SAQL queries.
