Description

You will design, develop, and implement Salesforce Sales Cloud and CPQ solutions while providing L2 and L3 end-user support.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and implement Salesforce Sales Cloud and CPQ solutions.
• Provide L2 and L3 end-user support for Salesforce environments.
• Configure and customize enterprise SaaS applications from concept through deployment and operational support.
• Manage incidents, requests, changes, and problems aligned with ITIL frameworks.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience in Salesforce Development and Administration.
• Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Component Framework, and Aura Components.
• Expertise in Salesforce CPQ, including product rules, price rules, discount schedules, quote templates, and bundle configurations.
• Experience with Sales Cloud functionalities: Lead, opportunity, quote, product management, Opportunity Teams, Sales Path, and Collaborative Forecasts.
• Advanced configuration skills: Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, record types, and security settings (profiles, permission sets, role hierarchy, sharing rules).
• Automation expertise using Salesforce Flows to build sales operations workflows.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce APIs (REST, SOAP, Bulk, Metadata) and DevOps practices.
• Experience with Confluence and JIRA as both a user and creator.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant, Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Platform Developer, or CPQ Consultant.
• Experience with MuleSoft middleware and external system integration.
