Description

You will facilitate Agile delivery for a Salesforce Marketing Cloud team.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Organize and lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Identify and remove impediments hindering team progress.
• Manage the product backlog and ensure clear communication of requirements.
• Track team performance metrics and progress toward sprint goals.
• Promote continuous improvement and adherence to Agile principles.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies.
• Experience working in a SAFe environment or hold a SAFe certification.
• Must be bilingual in Portuguese.
• Proven ability to facilitate communication and resolve conflicts.
• Ability to manage and communicate complex requirements to stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• SAFe Certification.
