Description

Lead Scrum teams through the lifecycle of Single-Family Salesforce initiatives to ensure adherence to agile methodologies.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate product backlog management and coordinate with other Scrum Masters to manage cross-team dependencies.
• Remove impediments by identifying the correct personnel or guiding the team toward resolution.
• Coach the team and Product Owner on agile values, principles, and effective backlog grooming.
• Monitor team results using data to report metrics at both the iteration and project levels.
• Mediate conflicts and support continuous improvement while helping the team manage technical debt.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of total IT experience.
• Deep understanding of the Scrum framework, including all roles, artifacts, and events.
• Experience facilitating work without coercion, assignment, or dictation.
• Knowledge of modern software engineering practices including continuous integration and continuous delivery.
• Familiarity with Lean methodologies.
• Ability to track and monitor progress through data-driven metrics.
• Strong communication skills to improve transparency and radiate information across the organization.
