Description

You lead Agile ceremonies and drive delivery for Salesforce development teams.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews.
• Manage risks, dependencies, and backlog grooming alongside Product Owners.
• Track sprint progress and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Prepare Agile metrics, status reports, and release planning updates.
• Ensure timely delivery through strong stakeholder management.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce projects (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Lightning).
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and SDLC.
• Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, and Agile reporting metrics.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholders and communicate effectively.
• Experience working with US-based customers and distributed teams.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• CSM or PSM certification.
