Description

Lead agile delivery and Scrum ceremonies for distributed teams within a Salesforce ecosystem.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives while defining sprint vision.
• Manage a 50+ member team, allocating work and ensuring task completion via Jira.
• Protect the team from scope creep and over-commitment of user stories.
• Maintain Jira dashboards and report weekly metrics (velocity, burn-down, release plans) to management.
• Drive conflict resolution, decision-making, and adherence to quality norms during implementation.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience with a strong development background.
• Expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Community Cloud.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and Java.
• Experience with Oracle CRM OnDemand.
• Advanced Jira skills for task management and Scrum dashboard maintenance.
• Proven experience managing large teams of 50+ people.
• Experience implementing and overseeing CI/CD processes.
• Strong stakeholder management and team leadership capabilities.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.
