Description

Facilitate the Salesforce component of a large-scale provider modernization project replacing legacy mainframe systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead Agile ceremonies and drive Scrum processes for the Salesforce implementation team.
• Manage project timelines and delivery schedules within an Agile framework.
• Coordinate between technical teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth system transitions.
• Facilitate collaboration and negotiation to resolve blockers and maintain project momentum.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Project Manager.
• Proven experience managing Salesforce-based projects or system migrations.
• Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum frameworks.
• Direct experience working within the health insurance payer industry.
• Experience leading projects that involve replacing legacy tools or mainframe systems.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Salesforce Health Cloud.
• Familiarity with Vlocity.
