Description

Lead Agile delivery for Salesforce initiatives, facilitating ceremonies and removing impediments to ensure predictable sprint outcomes.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Sprint Planning, Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives to maintain team velocity and health.
• Partner with the Product Owner to manage backlog prioritization, user story refinement, and sprint readiness.
• Drive Agile metrics including velocity, burndown, and predictability while ensuring adherence to DoR/DoD.
• Resolve impediments, risks, and dependencies proactively to support UAT, defect triage, and release coordination.
• Coach the team on Agile best practices and ensure alignment with enterprise DevOps and compliance standards.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, specifically within Salesforce programs.
• Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform, including Sales, Service, and Financial Services Cloud (FSC).
• Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and delivery frameworks.
• Hands-on proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, and Agile dashboards.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholders and coordinate across distributed (onsite/offshore) teams.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM or PSM).
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce certifications.
• Exposure to CI/CD and DevOps pipelines within Salesforce.
• Knowledge of banking processes, compliance, and regulatory environments.
