Description

Lead Agile delivery for Salesforce initiatives, facilitating ceremonies and removing impediments to ensure predictable sprint execution.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Sprint Planning, Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Manage end-to-end Agile delivery and coordinate with Product Owners on backlog prioritization and sprint readiness.
• Ensure user stories are refined, groomed, and aligned with Definition of Ready/Done.
• Drive Agile metrics including velocity, burndown, and predictability while resolving risks and dependencies.
• Support UAT, defect triage, release coordination, and coaching on Agile best practices.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master on Salesforce programs.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce platforms including Sales, Service, and Financial Services Cloud.
• Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies, JIRA, Confluence, and Agile dashboards.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships and coordinate with distributed teams.
• Experience ensuring adherence to enterprise Agile, compliance, and DevOps practices.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to CI/CD and DevOps pipelines within the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Knowledge of banking processes, compliance, and regulatory environments.
