Description

Lead Agile ceremonies and coach stakeholders through the transition from waterfall to Agile methodologies on Salesforce projects.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate all Scrum events including Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement, Retrospectives, and Sprint Reviews.
• Partner with the Technical Product Owner to manage Product and Sprint Backlogs, Sprint Burndowns, and Release Burndowns.
• Conduct Scrum of Scrums for the entire program to ensure project integration.
• Design the Definition of Done to validate sprint outputs and user story acceptance.
• Coach teams to convert requirements into efficient user stories and develop roadmaps toward predictive velocities.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of overall professional experience.
• Proven experience as a Scrum Master specifically on Salesforce projects.
• Deep expertise in Agile methodologies, primarily Scrum.
• Experience building and coaching brand new Agile teams.
• Experience coaching stakeholders to understand and adopt Agile processes.
• Hands-on experience with Agile Methodology.
• Experience with Service Cloud.
• Experience with Health Cloud.
• Experience integrating PM tools with CI/CD tools.
