Description

You will drive quality engineering across unit, integration, functional, and resiliency testing for Salesforce platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain UI and API automation frameworks using TypeScript/JavaScript or Java.
• Execute acceptance criteria through both automated and manual testing methods.
• Perform test escape and root cause analysis to recommend process improvements and defect prevention.
• Train product owners on writing effective acceptance criteria and adopting Gherkin.
• Own the quality and testing engineering improvement roadmap for the tribe.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in software testing and quality engineering.
• Proficiency in TypeScript and JavaScript for UI automation using Playwright, Cypress, Protractor, or Selenium.
• Strong experience with Java programming concepts and Selenium WebDriver.
• Ability to develop and maintain API tests using JavaScript, TypeScript, or Java.
• Working knowledge of testing methods specifically for Salesforce platforms.
• Hands-on experience with functional, integration, resilience, and regression testing.
• Experience operating in multi-priority environments across global teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Computer Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and test automation optimization within them.
• Familiarity with GraphQL and Salesforce Apex programming.
