Description

Lead security architecture for large-scale Salesforce Cloud Health data migrations. Bridge skill gaps for leadership and present findings to the CISO.

Responsibilities

• Advise leadership on security strategy and technical recommendations to address internal gaps.
• Identify security vulnerabilities and present findings to the CISO to navigate organizational compliance.
• Execute technical operations and configurations within the established change control process.
• Configure Salesforce Shield components, focusing primarily on column-level encryption.
• Ensure backend configurations support secure log shifting and strict data protection standards.

Required Skills

• 5-7+ years of experience in API Security.
• Minimum 3 years of specific experience in Salesforce Security.
• Expertise in Salesforce Shield: encryption, enhanced field audit trail, event monitoring, and Einstein Data Detect.
• Hands-on experience with column-level encryption.
• Deep understanding of PII and PHI data protection requirements.
• Proven experience securing MuleSoft integrations.
• Experience with Data Cloud Configuration and Marketing Cloud.
• Ability to manage complex data migrations to Salesforce environments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Health Cloud, Omni Studio, or Patient Experience configuration.
