Description

You will own the configuration, maintenance, and enhancement of the Salesforce platform to drive business value.

Responsibilities

• Manage custom objects, fields, formulas, validation rules, workflows, approval processes, and queues.
• Build custom report types, reports, and dashboards to support business needs.
• Design and maintain user roles, profiles, and sharing groups.
• Write QA test scripts and perform testing for your own and teammates' features.
• Manage migrations of customizations across development, QA, and Test environments using version control.
• Participate in stakeholder refinement sessions to define solutions, tasks, and estimates.
• Maintain technical documentation, knowledge articles, and task status in work management tools.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience as a Salesforce administrator, including at least 4 years in Sales Cloud.
• Salesforce Advanced Administrator Certification.
• Proficiency with Custom Objects, Fields, Formulas, and Validation Rules.
• Experience with Custom Workflows, Roles, and Profiles.
• Technical troubleshooting and SQL skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder demonstrations.
• Ability to manage time and deliverables within short development cycles.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working within the Scrum framework and using User Stories.
• Experience migrating from Salesforce Classic to Lightning.
