Description

You will serve as the senior subject matter expert for the Salesforce environment, owning administration, development, and incident resolution.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving for the Salesforce platform.
• Conduct environment reviews to identify issues and recommend specific solutions.
• Establish and document development and deployment standards, including code review guidelines and naming conventions.
• Develop and implement solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Mentor junior developers to ensure adherence to standards and best practices.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator or Developer.
• Expertise in Apex, Visualforce, and LWC development.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce administration, including security models and data management.
• 5+ years experience managing Salesforce rescue and incident resolution (Sev1/Sev2).
• 5+ years experience using Salesforce Flow for business automation.
• Experience with Salesforce DevOps processes and tools (e.g., Salesforce DX, Copado, Gearset).
• Familiarity with Agile methodology and software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Active Salesforce certifications (e.g., Administrator, Platform Developer I/II).
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with automated testing and quality gates.
• Salesforce Application Architect or System Architect certification.
