You will bridge business needs and technical implementation within the Salesforce platform.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Document business requirements by collaborating directly with stakeholders.
• Write user stories and manage the product backlog using Jira.
• Plan and execute small to medium-sized projects while coordinating with global stakeholders.
• Create operational reports and dashboards to drive data-informed recommendations.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in a business or systems analyst role.
• 5-7 years supporting software development using Agile Scrum, Kanban, or Waterfall.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with the Salesforce platform.
• Proficiency in Jira for requirement writing and backlog management.
• Experience creating dashboards and reports in Salesforce Service, Power BI, or Workbench.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Strong analytical skills to identify trends and draw conclusions from data.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
