You will design and implement scalable technical solutions on the Salesforce platform, translating business requirements into robust architectures.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Translate stakeholder requirements into technical designs and custom Salesforce solutions.
• Develop custom applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components, including third-party integrations.
• Architect and optimize data models to ensure data integrity and system performance.
• Lead the development lifecycle, conduct code reviews, and mentor junior developers.
• Provide technical guidance on best practices and support end-users through post-implementation enhancements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development and consulting.
• Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and integration techniques.
• Experience working within an Agile development environment.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
