Description

Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of Salesforce solutions for enterprise clients.

Responsibilities

• Define business, functional, and technical requirements through client meetings and application design.
• Perform platform configuration and customization to address specific business needs.
• Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and delegate technical tasks.
• Support the sales cycle via solution definition, pre-sales activities, and project estimation.
• Produce technical deliverables including requirements specifications, design documents, and project plans.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of total professional experience with at least 3 years focused on the Salesforce platform.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification.
• Proficiency in Force.com development including Apex, LWC, SOQL, and Unit Testing.
• Direct experience implementing CRM projects for middle market and enterprise companies.
• Strong knowledge of object-oriented design patterns and complex business systems integration.
• Hands-on experience with web services including REST, SOAP, JSON, and XML.
• Competency in relational databases, data modeling, and ETL tools.
• Working knowledge of Agile/SCRUM methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Proficiency in core web technologies: HTML5, JavaScript, and jQuery.
• Experience with technical troubleshooting for bug fixes and enhancements.
