• Salesforce Sales/Service cloud, Apex, integration, LWC
• Should have 8+ years of work experience in Salesforce.com Projects or at least 4 projects end to end Salesforce.com implementation project and proven experience in enterprise-level projects
• 8+ years of hands-on experience in developing Salesforce solutions
• Excellent communication skills, written, verbal, and interactive when online
• Should have great exposure in general CRM functionalities
• Good knowledge on Apex, SOQL, XML/JSON, Visualforce, LWC and JavaScript
• Hands on experience on Sales Cloud/Service /Experience Cloud (Communities)
• Strong understanding of Salesforce declarative and administration
• Salesforce Administration, PD1/PD2, Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant certifications
• Liaise with internal clients and users to understand their business needs in developing solutions
• Experience in working in Agile environment.
• Good communication skills and able to work independently on requirements.
• Collaborate with project/business teams to reproduce, analyse, and fix issues. Demonstrate ownership and accountability through self-directed task management.
• Should have great exposure in general CRM functionalities
• Good experience in team management.
• Good to have knowledge on Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud
