Description

You will lead the end-to-end design and delivery of Salesforce CRM solutions, focusing on Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Data Cloud implementations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect and build scalable Salesforce-native solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and platform features.
• Drive critical asset development ensuring code reusability, scalability, and strict governance standards.
• Implement robust integrations with external systems via Salesforce APIs, platform events, and middleware patterns.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions and lead code reviews.
• Mentor developers and support DevOps processes including CI/CD and release management.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development and architecture.
• Strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Salesforce Flows.
• Experience designing solutions using Salesforce Data Cloud for customer data unification and segmentation.
• Proficiency in Salesforce APIs and integration patterns.
• Familiarity with Java Spring Boot and AWS services.
• Experience with version control, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• B.E./B.Tech or equivalent degree.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer II, Application Architect, or System Architect).
• Experience with multi-cloud implementations across Sales, Service, Marketing, and Experience Cloud.
• Exposure to AI use cases within the Salesforce ecosystem, including Einstein and Data Cloud insights.
