Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership across architecture, development, integrations, and platform optimization.
• Work with cross-functional teams to guide solution design and ensure scalable implementations.
• Ensure secure and high-performing Salesforce implementations that meet enterprise requirements.
• Mentor teams and establish best practices for Salesforce engineering excellence.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with Salesforce development.
• Strong proficiency in Apex and Lightning Components.
• Expertise in SOQL and Salesforce Architecture.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Integration and Cloud Platforms.
• Proven track record of delivering enterprise-level solutions.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with data ecosystems and integration frameworks.
• Agile methodology expertise and experience with digital transformation projects.
