Design and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions, leading technical architecture and integration efforts for complex business requirements.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, and Lightning (LWC/Aura) components.
• Lead technical design discussions, providing best practices for scalable architecture and performance optimization.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions and troubleshoot production issues.
• Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and ensure adherence to coding standards.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development.
• Strong expertise in Apex, Triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Aura.
• Proficiency in SOQL, SOSL, and Visualforce.
• Experience with integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce data model, security, and sharing rules.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools, DevOps practices, and version control (Git).
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce Platform Developer I & II certifications.
• Experience with MuleSoft and JavaScript frameworks.
