Lead technical design and implementation of large-scale Salesforce solutions. Architect complex system interactions, data flows, APIs, and MDM patterns. Mentor developers and guide technical direction. Transform legacy systems into Salesforce through PoCs and estimations. Document solutions and present architectural decisions to senior executives.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement large-scale Salesforce applications based on business requirements and platform best practices.
• Architect complex system interactions including data flows, APIs, integration patterns, and Master Data Management (MDM).
• Lead and mentor developers by providing guidance on tools, techniques, and productivity utilities.
• Transform existing legacy systems into Salesforce through proofs of concept (PoCs) and technical estimations.
• Document technical solutions for stakeholders and present architectural decisions to senior executives.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of professional experience designing and implementing large-scale distributed applications.
• Proven consulting experience within a Salesforce Practice in a product or service-based industry.
• Deep expertise in Apex, Visualforce, LWC, and SOQL query optimization.
• Extensive knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Salesforce Portal/Communities, and Marketing Cloud.
• Hands-on experience with Einstein, CPQ, and AppExchange packages.
• Strong understanding of integration patterns between legacy systems and the Salesforce platform.
• Ability to architect for Large Data Volumes (LDV), security, and archival/backup requirements.

Preferred Skills

• Experience building holistic customer 360-degree views and personalized service models.
