Description

Lead the architectural design of cross-cloud Salesforce solutions, focusing on scalable implementations across Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Architect and design cross-cloud Salesforce solutions with a focus on Core Clouds.
• Design and implement integrations between Force.com and other enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware.
• Develop data strategies including data modeling, ETL processes, migration, LDV mitigation, and data governance.
• Manage release processes using CI/CD pipelines, source control, and Metadata API.
• Optimize Salesforce solution performance and maintain detailed architectural documentation.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in hands-on technical or development roles.
• 7+ years of experience specifically in Salesforce architecture.
• 10+ Salesforce certifications.
• Proficiency with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
• Strong development knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and SQL.
• Hands-on experience with REST/SOAP APIs and middleware integration.
• Experience working within Agile/Scrum environments.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Working knowledge of MuleSoft and Marketing Cloud integrations.
