Responsibilities

• Translate business and technical requirements into scalable architecture and data structures.
• Lead the review and creation of information systems strategies and enterprise-grade processes.
• Model processes, architecture, and data structures to support complex client projects.
• Set standards for programming tools, techniques, and development libraries.
• Manage technical consultants by assigning work and monitoring performance.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Technical Architect working with large-scale enterprise customers.
• Certified Application Architect and/or Certified System Architect credentials.
• Deep expertise in Salesforce.com, SOQL, and Visualforce.
• Proven ability to advise on Data Management, Integration, Security, and Application Design.
• Experience leading Discovery, Solution Design, and Delivery workshops.
• Demonstrable senior stakeholder management and consulting skills.
• Ability to mentor technical teams and support career development frameworks.

Preferred Skills

• Design and development experience with alternative software platforms and programming languages.
• Experience balancing Salesforce configuration with custom code to ensure product stability.
