Description

You design quality, scalable, and performant solutions on the Salesforce platform and ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Conduct health checks and org assessments, providing recommendations on design and best practices.
• Participate in Design Authority meetings, advising on the Salesforce Well Architected framework.
• Evaluate existing Salesforce implementations and recommend necessary improvements or modifications.
• Review business and technical design documentation, and participate in peer reviews.
• Perform Proofs of Concept (POCs) to validate business requirements.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience.
• Expertise in Salesforce platform design.
• Experience with Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud.
• Project knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Familiarity with Experience Cloud or Field Service.
• Ability to map future platform capabilities to customer needs.
• Bachelor's degree.
