Description

You will design scalable, performant solutions within the Salesforce platform and ecosystem.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design quality, scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform.
• Conduct org assessments and health checks to provide design and best practice recommendations.
• Participate in Design Authority meetings and align implementations with the Salesforce Well-Architected framework.
• Review business requirements and technical design documentation through peer reviews.
• Perform proofs of concept (POCs) to validate business requirements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce architecture.
• Expertise in designing solutions on the Salesforce platform.
• Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud.
• Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud.
• Knowledge of Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud.
• Experience or knowledge of Experience Cloud.
• Experience or knowledge of Field Service.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to map future platform capabilities to customer requirements.
