Description

You will lead technical delivery for Salesforce solutions, coordinating developers and designing platform architectures. You own the full development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate a team of developers and lead technical analysis sessions.
• Design and implement Salesforce solutions using Lightning components and Visualforce pages.
• Develop backend logic using Apex and point-and-click configuration.
• Manage technical documentation and support work proposal drafting for clients.
• Execute design, development, and testing phases for Salesforce modules.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of proven experience in the Salesforce ecosystem.
• At least 2 Salesforce certifications, including Salesforce Developer 1.
• Expertise in frontend and backend development methodologies on the Salesforce platform.
• Strong knowledge of integration patterns, including callouts, REST, and SOAP.
• Proficient in using CI/CD pipelines, Git, and version control tools.
• Ability to draft clear technical project documentation.
• Fluent English communication skills (speaking, listening, reading, writing).
