Description

Lead technical delivery for Salesforce solutions, coordinating development teams and designing platform architectures.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate developers and lead technical analysis sessions to define solution requirements.
• Design and implement Salesforce solutions using Lightning components and Visualforce pages.
• Develop backend logic using Apex and configure point-and-click features.
• Execute design, development, and testing phases for Salesforce modules.
• Manage technical documentation and support work proposal drafting for clients.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of proven experience in the Salesforce ecosystem.
• At least 2 Salesforce certifications, including Salesforce Developer 1.
• Expertise in frontend and backend development methodologies on the Salesforce platform.
• Strong knowledge of integration patterns, including callouts, REST, and SOAP.
• Proficient in using CI/CD pipelines, Git, and version control tools.
• Ability to draft clear technical project documentation.
• Fluent English communication skills (speaking, listening, reading, writing).

Preferred Skills

• Experience with complex enterprise integration scenarios.
• Background in technical project estimation and client-facing consulting.
