You will lead technical deliverables for business-sponsored IT projects as a Salesforce Service Cloud Architect.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical execution and delivery of IT projects.
• Provide hands-on expertise with Salesforce Service Cloud.
• Ensure end-to-end traceability of business requirements.
• Contribute to overall project success as a key team member.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of relevant experience in Salesforce architecture.
• Expertise in Healthcare or Payer business systems.
• Hands-on experience with Service Cloud configuration and development.
• Expert level in Lightning Web Component (LWC) development.
• Salesforce Platform Developer II certification.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with complex healthcare payer workflows.
