Description

You will lead the technical architecture and implementation of Salesforce Service Cloud solutions. This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage full-scale Salesforce implementations, including integrations with SAP and Oracle.
• Design technical solutions to meet complex customer requirements and recommend integration architectures.
• Manage technical delivery and oversee development workflows using CI/CD solutions.
• Direct a team of Salesforce developers to ensure high-quality code delivery.
• Present multi-tenant solutions to executive stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 9+ years of experience in Salesforce programming, architecture, or solution design.
• Hands-on development experience with Apex, Lightning Components, and Visualforce.
• Proven track record of leading at least 2 full-scale implementations.
• Deep understanding of multi-tenant architecture and integration patterns.
• Experience with REST APIs, SQL, and Node.js.
• Proficiency with Salesforce, SAP, Oracle, and MS Dynamics.
• Knowledge of PaaS and IaaS platforms including AWS and Azure.
• Salesforce Application Architect and System Architect certifications.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technology field.
