Description

You will lead the design, development, and lifecycle management of the Salesforce Service Cloud product.

Responsibilities

• Design Salesforce solutions and wireframes to guide technical teams and secure business sign-off.
• Collaborate with technical teams and business owners to define product strategy, user stories, and roadmaps.
• Manage the Salesforce native release schedule and advise on new feature adoption.
• Prioritize backlogs and user stories in Azure DevOps, balancing technical feasibility with capacity planning.
• Monitor deployments, coordinate User Acceptance Testing, and document release changes in the SFSC wiki.

Required Skills

• 9+ years of Salesforce Service Cloud product management experience.
• Proven track record of building and launching products from ideation through release and revision.
• Expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud and relevant certifications.
• 3+ years of leadership or influencing experience, including leading without direct authority.
• Deep experience with agile methodologies and managing multiple scrum teams on simultaneous builds.
• Experience driving products within highly technically integrated environments.
• Ability to manage trade-offs between user experience, time-to-market, and technical constraints.
• Strong communication skills for interfacing with senior-level management.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing dedicated testers and coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
