Description

You will lead the technical design and implementation of scalable Salesforce Service Cloud solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design Service Cloud features including Experience Cloud, Case Management, Service Console, Knowledge Base, and Omni-Channel.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and oversee the development of custom applications.
• Manage data quality, integrity, and security while implementing migration strategies and integrations.
• Establish Salesforce development standards, governance processes, and performance optimization strategies.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams through code and configuration reviews.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of progressive experience in Salesforce.
• 4+ years of experience as a Service Cloud Architect delivering projects on the Service platform.
• Proficiency in Salesforce Flow, Apex, Triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Web Services.
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, or middleware platforms.
• Hands-on experience with Visual Studio Code or IntelliJ.
• Proven track record of designing and supporting large-scale Salesforce implementations and integrations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
